I thought you might like to know that the SAA (Society for All Artists) was successful in its world record attempt, with over 15,000 artists exhibiting at once. You can find out more on the SAA website. Here is the complete Isle of Wight map, worked by the 17 members of The Ryde Art Collective (TRAC). Its really interesting to see how people approached their section. Some including landmarks, others captured the spirit of the place, whilst I was so anxious to make the outlines line up that I was very literal with my maps!
